QT450-10 Ductile Iron Body: Tensile strength ≥450MPa, elongation after fracture ≥10%, low-temperature impact toughness ≥12J/cm² at -25℃. Its surface is treated with "zinc-aluminum pseudo-alloy primer + fluorocarbon topcoat," achieving salt spray resistance ≥1000h-ideal for low-temperature industrial scenarios in northern regions.

5.1 Installation Key Points

Select materials based on on-site corrosion grade: 304 stainless steel (with PTFE gaskets) for high-corrosion areas, ductile iron (with oil-resistant rubber gaskets) for conventional areas;

Reserve a straight pipe section ≥4× the pipe diameter on the water inlet side to avoid turbulence affecting response speed; leave ≥500mm operating space above the valve unit;

After installation, conduct a 30-minute pressure holding test at 1.92MPa (1.2× rated pressure), and verify the response time of all three startup modes simultaneously.

5.2 Maintenance Strategy

Monthly: Inspect the wiring stability of the intelligent module, and manually trigger the alarm bell to verify functionality;

Quarterly: Activate the residual liquid drainage system, test valve disc sealing, and perform foam concentrate compatibility tests;
