OVERVIEW
The fire hose reel is made up of a valve, an inlet pipe, a reel, a hose and a nozzle. The hose is wound on the reel and connected to the water supply through the inlet pipe and valve. When a fire is found, the user opens the valve, pulls the hose out to the fire and sprays water from the nozzle.
Because the hose can be deployed quickly without first connecting it to a hydrant, the reel is a practical first-aid fire fighting tool for the people inside a building. It is normally installed together with 5G series fire hydrant cabinets, so the hose reel and the hydrant equipment are kept in one place on each floor.
The JPS series covers three rated working pressures, 0.8 MPa, 1.0 MPa and 1.6 MPa, so it can be matched to different building fire water systems. All listed models are tested at an inlet pressure of 0.4 MPa and reach a jet range of at least 6 m with a flow of at least 24 L/min.
