Concealed Fire Sprinkler Head

The concealed sprinkler head is composed of a glass ball sprinkler, a screw sleeve base, an outer cover base and an outer cover cover. The sprinkler head and the screw socket are installed together in the pipe network, and then the outer cover is installed. The outer cover seat and outer cover are welded together by fusible alloy. After the spray pipe network installation is completed and the pressure test and purge is completed, the fusible alloy nozzle and the screw sleeve seat are installed on the spray short pipe together (pay attention to controlling the length of the short pipe and keeping the cover seat flush with the ceiling), and then the cover is installed.

The outer cover base and outer cover of the concealed sprinkler head are welded into one body by fusible alloy. When the fire occurs, the ambient temperature rises and the melting point of the fusible alloy is reached, the outer cover automatically falls off. As the temperature continues to rise, the nozzle in the cover is separated because of the temperature sensitivity, thus opening the nozzle to spray water automatically.
