Most cheap hydrant valves use brittle grey cast iron which is easy to crack under low temperature or collision; our valve body is integrally cast from ductile iron with spherical graphite structure, tensile strength increased by 60%+, anti-impact and anti-fracture performance greatly upgraded.

It can stably work under -40℃ severe cold climate in northern Russia without cracking, solving the long-standing frost crack failure pain point of traditional fire valves in high-latitude cold regions.

Adopt automatic electrostatic red epoxy spraying inside and outside the valve cavity, form a dense anti-rust protective film; internal flow channel is polished smooth to avoid water scale, rust residue and pipeline blockage after long-term water immersion.
