Deluge Valve Pressure Switch

The deluge valve pressure switch is a device used to detect changes in water pressure, mainly used to monitor the water pressure in the deluge system and achieve the function of automatically opening and closing system valves.

Working Principle of Deluge Valve Pressure Switch

1. When there is no water pressure in the rain system, the cartridge pushes the spool to the closed position and the valve is closed

2. When there is water pressure in the rain system, the water pressure is transmitted to the circuit board through the sensor. The board will judge according to the set pressure min value.

3. If the water pressure is lower than the set pressure rush value, the circuit board will not send a signal, the spring will still push the valve core to the closed position, and the valve will remain closed

4. If the water pressure is higher than the set pressure value, the circuit board will send a signal, the signal is transmitted to the main part, the spring will push the valve core to the open position, the valve is opened, and the rain shower system begins to work.

5. When the water pressure is lower than the set pressure smell value again, the circuit board will send a signal again, the spring will push the valve core back to the closed position, the valve is closed, and the rain shower system stops working.
