1. What is a Single Plate Check Valve?
A Single Plate Check Valve is a disc type ultra-thin check valve, the valve flap is equipped with O-type sealing ring, sealing performance is good, and spring assisted closure, sensitive action, especially for the installation space is limited the most suitable place.
2. How does a check valve process?
The check valve can only allow the medium to flow in one direction and achieve a closed state in the opposite direction. After the air pressure is added to the left side, the gas pressure acting on the spool will overcome the spring force and friction force, opening the spool and connecting the inlet and outlet medium. The flow of the medium from the left to the right is called forward flow, in order to ensure the steady flow of the medium from the entry port to the outlet, a certain pressure difference should be maintained between the import and export, so that the check valve is kept in the open position.
