There are three thicknesses of iron boxes available: 0.8mm, 1.0mm, and 1.2mm. These different thicknesses create a gradient difference in terms of load-bearing capacity, durability, and installation adaptability. They not only meet the fire storage needs of various places but also achieve the core value of "usable in emergencies and protective in daily use" through standardized design.

Fire Fighting Cabinets

0.8mm model

Only suitable for wall-mounted installation. Requires M8 expansion bolts (embedded in the wall with a depth of ≥ 50mm), and the installation height should be 1.2 - 1.5m from the ground (for easy access). Avoid installing directly opposite the elevator door (to prevent collision)

1.0mm model

It supports both wall-mounted and embedded installation. For the embedded installation, a hole needs to be reserved in the wall (10-15mm larger than the box), and it should be fixed with cement mortar to ensure that the box is flush with the wall surface.

1.2mm model

If installed in the vehicle passage area (such as the underground garage passage), anti-collision barriers (with a distance of ≥300mm from the box) need to be added. For wall-mounted installation, M10 expansion bolts (embedded in the wall to a depth of ≥60mm) should be used to prevent the box from falling off.

Key points of daily maintenance

Regular inspections

Regular inspections: Monthly check the sealing performance of the box door (no deformation, smooth closure), quarterly inspect the surface of the box (no rust, clear markings), and conduct a load test once a year (for 0.8mm model, the load capacity is ≤ 30kg; for 1.2mm model, ≤ 50kg).

Equipment Management

Equipment Management: The equipment inside the box should be arranged in the order of "left water hose, right fire extinguisher". The water hoses need to be unfolded and exposed to the sun for drying (once every six months) to prevent mold; the pressure of the fire extinguishers should remain within the green range (check monthly).

Environmental Adaptation

Environmental Adaptation: In humid areas (such as underground garages), desiccants should be placed inside the box and replaced monthly; in dusty areas (such as building materials markets), the surface of the box and the equipment should be wiped weekly.
