Usage instructions
STORZ snap connection operation
Level and smooth the water hose end, then vertically insert it into the tail end of the connector, ensuring the insertion depth is ≥ 30mm;
Fix the stainless steel throat clamp 7mm away from the edge of the connector, and evenly tighten it with a torque wrench at 20Nm;
After assembly, check that the gap between the clamp is ≤ 2mm, and ensure there is no looseness.
Joint connection
Joint connection: Align the two connectors of the same specification, rotate clockwise by 90° until a "click" sound is heard, and ensure that the protrusions are fully engaged; when disassembling, rotate counterclockwise by 90° to separate.
Sealing test: After connection, conduct a 24bar pressure test for 2 minutes, or apply soap water to the interface to confirm there is no air leakage.

During installation, avoid the clasps colliding with hard objects. When crossing roads, additional clasps guards should be installed.
The working pressure is strictly controlled within 16 bar, and the short-term pressure-bearing capacity must not exceed 24 bar (test pressure).
Before using in a low-temperature environment (below 0℃), the connector needs to be preheated to above 5℃ to prevent the sealing ring from cracking.
