Low Expensive Foam Generator
PCL series low expansion vertical foam generator is a low expansion foam generation equipment, which is fixed on the oil tank and sprits foam into the surface of the burning liquid to form a foam layer or a layer of film. The foam generator is mainly composed of three parts: shell group and foam nozzle combined guide plate. The equipment is mainly used for fire fighting equipment on chemical tanks of oil tanks and alcohol tanks. When the foam mixture flows through the generator nozzle, a diffused atomizing jet is formed, and negative pressure is generated around it, which inhales a large amount of air to form air foam. The air foam is input into the tank through the foam nozzle and guide plate, flows down the tank wall, and covers the burning liquid surface smoothly to extinguish the fire.
