The core difference lies in using an oil-resistant elastic bladder to divide the internal space of the tank into "foam liquid chamber" and "fire water chamber", breaking the traditional design logic where the liquid and water in the foam tank are in direct contact.
During operation, the fire-fighting water enters the water chamber and compresses the bladder, causing the foam liquid inside to be pressed into the proportion mixer at the preset ratio (usually 3% or 6%). It precisely blends with the water flow to generate fire-extinguishing foam. This "physical isolation" structure can prevent the foam liquid from directly reacting with water and the tank material, significantly extending the shelf life of the foam liquid (up to 1-2 years longer than ordinary tanks). Moreover, the mixing ratio is less affected by water pressure fluctuations, making it particularly suitable for scenarios with high requirements for foam purity, such as precision chemical workshops and small fuel storage areas.
