Product Introduction
The PC series low - expansion foam generator is a key component of the surface - application low - expansion foam fire - extinguishing system. It functions by mixing the mixture solution from the proportioner with the drawn - in air to create air foam. Then, via the air guide sleeve or foam sprinkler, the foam is sprayed onto the surface of combustible materials, forming a foam layer. Through the foam's actions of separation, cooling, and suffocation, it achieves fire extinguishing. Structurally, it comes in both horizontal and vertical types.
The Relation Between Flow Rate and Operating Pressure is Calculated as Per the Following Formula
The inlet pressure range of the generator is defined as 0.3 - 0.6MPa. The mixture flow varies under different inlet pressures. Thus, the mixture flow rate under a specific inlet pressure can be calculated using the formula: Q=K10P (where P is the water inlet pressure in MPa and Q is the flow rate in L/min).
