Warehouse Fire Sprinkler System

ESFR sprinklers:
Installation Height: The vertical distance between the sprinkler deflector and the top of the stack must be ≥ 0.9 m and ≤ 1.5 m (to prevent water flow from being blocked by flames).
Spacing: ≤ 3.7 m for single-row installations and ≤ 4.6 m for double-row installations. Avoid obstruction by cargo (no obstructions within 0.6 m of the sprinkler).
Water Supply Pressure: The pressure at the sprinkler must be ≥ 0.34 MPa (K = 161) at the most unfavorable point to ensure the flow rate meets the standard.
Regular sprinklers and in-rack sprinklers:
In-rack sprinklers must be installed sideways, ≤ 0.15 m from the rack crossbar, and spaced ≤ 3 m apart.
The top sprinkler deflector must be 75-150 mm from the top plate. For stacking heights greater than 3.5 m, additional sprinklers must be installed above the rack aisles. Other:
No goods should be stacked in the warehouse to block the sprinkler heads (the horizontal distance from the sprinkler heads should be ≥ 0.5 meters).
Steel racks must be fireproofed to prevent deformation from high temperatures that could cause sprinkler failure.
