1. Core Structure Analysis
Valve body and valve disc: The main body is cast from ductile iron. The valve disc is fixed by a hinge and is in a closed state by default, dividing the pipe network into two chambers - the upper and the lower. The upper chamber is connected to the spray pipe network and is filled with compressed air; the lower chamber is connected to the water supply side and is filled with pressurized water.
Air Maintenance Device: Through the auxiliary pipeline's air compressor or nitrogen cylinder, the pressure in the upper chamber is maintained at 0.25-0.5 MPa to form an "air pressure lock", preventing water from the water supply side from entering the spray pipe network and avoiding freezing and cracking in winter.
Signal and Monitoring Components: Equipped with dual pressure gauges (to monitor the pressure in the upper and lower chambers), a water alarm bell (for on-site alarm), and a pressure switch , achieving "action triggers alarm, alarm triggers联动" for closed-loop control.
