The Truck Monitor Water Cannon, a high-flow-rate, long-range fire suppression device, does not have the ability to function on its own. It must be paired with water supply systems, fire detection mechanisms, linked control setups, auxiliary fire-fighting tools, and safety protection devices to form a comprehensive fire safety system. Fire detector (essential for automatic water cannons)
Function: Detect the location, temperature, smoke and other signals of a fire, and trigger the activation of water cannons and associated equipment (such as water pumps, sound and light alarms).
Common types:
Flame detector: Suitable for open spaces (such as factories, exhibition halls), capable of quickly identifying the light radiation of flames and accurately locating the fire situation;
Smoke / Temperature detector: Used in combination with flame detectors to avoid misjudgment in single detection (such as using temperature sensors in high-temperature environments, and smoke sensors in enclosed spaces);
Infrared / Ultraviolet composite detector: Strong anti-interference ability, suitable for dusty and high-humidity scenarios (such as coal sheds, logistics warehouses).

1.Firefighting Pipeline System
Purpose: Connects the water source to water monitors and delivers water for firefighting. Pressure-resistant pipes (such as galvanized steel pipes and seamless steel pipes) must be used, and zone control valves (such as gate valves and butterfly valves) must be installed to facilitate maintenance and zone control.
Key Requirements: The pipe network must undergo a pressure test (water pressure test pressure ≥ 1.4 MPa) to prevent leaks. Outdoor pipe networks must undergo corrosion and frost protection (such as insulation and drain valves).
2.Fire Pump and Backup Pump
Purpose: Provides a high-pressure water source. When the municipal pipe network pressure is insufficient, the fire pump activates to increase pressure (automatic water monitors must be linked to the pumps, activating them simultaneously when a fire is triggered).
Configuration Requirements: A primary pump and a backup pump are required (either one active pump and one backup pump, or two active pumps and one backup pump, depending on the number of monitors and flow rate). The backup pump must automatically switch to active within 30 seconds to ensure uninterrupted water supply.
3.Water Pump Coupling
Purpose: If a fire pump fails, an external fire truck can supply water to the pipe network through the water pump coupling, ensuring continuous operation of the water monitor. It should be installed outdoors in a location convenient for fire trucks to operate (usually 0.7m above the ground and clearly marked).
