Fixed Fire-fighting Water Cannons

The height of large exhibition halls usually ranges from 8 to 15 meters, and they often have features such as ceiling coverage and dense crowd flow. When installing fixed fire-fighting water cannons, it is necessary to consider both the coverage range and the concealment. Before installation, it is necessary to position them based on CAD drawings to ensure that each water cannon can cover 600 square meters of the exhibition area within a 30-meter range. The distance between adjacent equipment should be controlled within 25-30 meters, avoiding obstacles such as chandeliers and ventilation ducts.

The installation process consists of four steps: The first step is to fix the load-bearing support, which is welded onto the top steel structure using 8-inch channel steel, and the support must bear a load more than 5 times that of the equipment itself; The second step is to hoist the main body of the water cannon, using M12 expansion bolts to secure the base, with the horizontal error not exceeding 1°; The third step is to connect the DN80 galvanized water pipe, after winding 3 layers of raw material tape at the interface and tightening with a pipe wrench, perform a water pressure test at 1.5 times the working pressure and hold for 30 minutes without leakage; The fourth step is to connect to the fire control system, distinguish between the AC220V power line and the RS485 signal line, and use insulating pads for isolation when threading the pipe to avoid interference.

Switch between automatic and manual operation modes: Normally, it operates in automatic monitoring mode. When smoke and temperature sensors in the exhibition hall simultaneously trigger alarms, the water cannon will rotate to locate the fire source within 5 seconds and automatically open the electromagnetic valve to spray water. In case of equipment failure, you can switch to the manual mode through the linkage screen in the fire control room. Use the joystick to control the pitch angle (-10° to + 80°) and rotation angle (0-360°) to precisely aim at the fire situation.

Maintenance should be carried out monthly: Clean the dust from the infrared detection window to prevent any impact on the recognition accuracy; Press the "self-check" button to test the rotation function. If there is any sluggishness, add lubricating grease; Check the spraying pressure every quarter to ensure it is within the range of 0.8-1.2 MPa. During the exhibition, switch to the "silent mode" 24 hours in advance to prevent the equipment from malfunctioning and interfering with the event.
