Main Load-Bearing Components: High Strength and Stability
The valve body (ZSXDF7-Q-100-16-01), worm gear (ZSXDF7-Q-100-16-06), sphenoid (ZSXDF7-Q-100-16-03), and handwheel (ZSXDF7-Q-100-16-14) are all made of QT450-10 ductile iron. This material has excellent toughness and pressure resistance, capable of withstanding the 6.4MPa strength test pressure and 3.2MPa seal test pressure specified in the standard, avoiding deformation or rupture under high-pressure water supply. The valve stem (ZSXDF7-Q-100-16-04) is crafted from 20Cr13 stainless steel, which offers strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance, preventing rust and jamming caused by long-term contact with water.
Signal Monitoring Module: Intelligent Status Feedback
The most distinctive feature of this valve is its integrated signal transmission system, including a micro switch (Kw12-1), signal wheel, indicator, and signal case. When the handwheel is rotated to open or close the valve, the valve stem drives the signal wheel to rotate, triggering the micro switch to send electrical signals. The signals are transmitted to the fire control room in real time, and the indicator (aluminum plate material) and viewer (PC plastic) on the valve body allow on-site personnel to visually confirm the valve's status. This "dual confirmation" of on-site visualization and remote monitoring eliminates the hidden danger of incorrect valve status judgment in emergencies.
Sealing System: Reliable Leak-Proof Performance
The sealed seat (ZSXDF7-Q-100-16-02) adopts an EPDM + Bakeite composite structure. EPDM rubber has a wide temperature resistance range (-40℃~120℃) and excellent aging resistance, ensuring tight sealing even in low-temperature freezing or high-temperature fire environments; Bakeite enhances the structural stability of the sealing seat, avoiding deformation under high pressure.
