3、When filling the foam liquid, the tank should be kept clean, and should not be mixed with oil or other foam liquid, and should not be mixed with the aging foam liquid, and the foam liquid model should not be used wrongly.
4、Foam liquid should be avoided from direct sunlight, and stored in a place with small temperature difference, and should be minimized to direct contact with the air. Where the storage of more than two years of foam solution, before use should be sampling test, qualified before use, for the failure of the foam solution should be replaced in a timely manner.
5、The storage tank with diaphragm should be tested for leakage every half a year. The test method is to open the drain valve 4, if there is foam leakage, it proves that the capsule is damaged and should be repaired or replaced in time.
6, in the replacement of foam, should be the fire extinguishing system for a simulation test, in order to check the proportion of the mixing device and foam generator and other equipment working conditions are normal and reliable, if there is any abnormality should be overhauled in a timely manner.
