Foundation Adaptation: A Φ100 drainage hole must be reserved in the concrete foundation; rubber shock pads are added between the tank and foundation (to reduce water supply impact vibration);

Pipe Connection: Carbon steel butt-weld flanges are used, with fluororubber gaskets (resistant to foam concentrate corrosion); bolt pre-tightening torque is graded by DN specification (80N·m for DN100);

System Joint Commissioning: After injecting foam concentrate, link the fire pump to test foam generation effect at 3%/6% ratios, ensuring a jet distance ≥25m (at 6Bar pressure).
