Logistics warehouses feature tall shelves and densely packed cargo, requiring the Automatic FireFighting Monitor Water Cannon to be installed without obstructions. Installation locations are chosen at the top of the rack aisles, employing a "high-low" layout: high-shelf units with a high-flow capacity of 25 meters and low-shelf units with a precision range of 15 meters, ensuring coverage on every level of cargo.

Structural stability is enhanced during installation: a dedicated load-bearing frame with a load capacity of over 100 kg is welded to the top of the shelf. The spray angle is adjusted to ensure the water flow penetrates the gaps between the shelves and covers the cargo deep inside.

Use an operationally linked warehousing system: Connected to warehouse management software, it automatically displays information about the affected area's cargo in the event of a fire, facilitating the prioritization of valuables. Configuring a "zone control" function allows water monitors to be activated in specific areas, preventing widespread damage caused by flooding the entire warehouse.

Maintenance focuses on preventing blockages: Weekly nozzle inspections are conducted to remove debris such as packaging tape and paper scraps. Manual spraying is performed biweekly to flush dust accumulation from pipes. Before the rainy season, moisture-resistant control modules are replaced to prevent moisture from affecting the electrical circuits.

Emergency response emphasizes rapid response: If a shelf collapses and damages a water monitor, backup equipment is immediately activated. After extinguishing a fire, cooperate with warehouse staff to clear accumulated water to prevent moisture and mold from forming on the goods.
