1 Operation Steps

Link Connection: Connect the inlet to the outlet end of the fire hose, and the outlet to the inlet end of the foam nozzle;

Suction Deployment: Insert the foam suction tube into the foam concentrate container (ensure the tube is fully submerged);

Ratio Adjustment: Rotate the knob to set the desired mixing ratio (1%-6%);

Start Operation: Turn on the fire hose water supply-the proportioner automatically draws and mixes the foam concentrate, which is then discharged via the foam nozzle for fire suppression.

2 Maintenance Points

After each use, flush the interior of the proportioner with clean water to prevent residual foam concentrate from corroding components;

Regularly inspect the sealing rubber gaskets of the quick couplings, and replace them promptly if aging or deformation occurs;

Store in a dry, ventilated area, avoiding prolonged exposure to high humidity or corrosive gases;

Conduct a 7bar pressure test every 6 months to ensure no leaks in the sealing components.
