CA-FIRE Non-Storage Fire Sprinkler – Key Features
Installation:
Distance between the splash plate and the ceiling: For upright or pendant-type sprinklers, the splash plate should be kept 75 to 150mm below the ceiling; if installed between beams, the distance should not exceed 550mm, and the vertical distance from the beam bottom surface should be within 25 to 100mm.
Obstacle avoidance: There should be no obstructions (such as ventilation ducts or lamps) within 1 meter around the sprinkler head. When the width of the ventilation duct exceeds 1.2 meters, additional sprinkler heads need to be installed below the inner surface of the duct.
Wall-mounted installation: The distance between the water spray pan of the horizontal wall-mounted sprinkler and the ceiling should be 150 to 300mm, and there should be no obstructions within 2 meters in front of it.
Maintenance:
