1. Product Basic Info

2. Product Features & Advantages

Exposed part: Red epoxy resin electrostatic spraying

Buried part: Black epoxy resin electrostatic spraying

Internal + external coating thickness: ≥ 250 μm

Custom flange connection pipes welded with seamless steel pipe

Inlet bottom equipped with stainless steel strainer

Drain valve made of Q235 carbon steel

Strong anti-corrosion, long service life, suitable for cold regions

Standard welding with seamless steel pipe for high strength & sealing

4. Installation Instructions

During backfilling around the hydrant, fill the area near the drain valve with 3–5 cm pebbles to avoid mud blocking the drain outlet.

After installation, do NOT fully pour concrete on the ground-exposed part. If concrete must be used, reserve a 1m × 1m maintenance space.

The inlet strainer is a separate accessory - please install it correctly. Missing or wrong installation will cause impurities to enter the hydrant, damage seals, and lead to water leakage.

5. Maintenance Notes

Regularly check the drain hole for blockage

Clean the strainer periodically to ensure smooth water flow

Inspect flange bolts and sealing performance annually

Keep the surface coating intact to prevent corrosion
